Unfortunately, this has many flaws, such as scratches and bends. Heavily tarnished. Green padding on bottom wood is about all off. Selling AS is with flaws, will need restored. Unknown Hallmark appears like oval + circle + lozenge (diamond) with a 165 after it that could be a model number. Approximately 5" inches wide and 1" inch high. Unknown date, though was found with items circa late 1800s to early 1900s.
