This rare Watson-Mechanics Wheat handle 5 1/2" sterling silver Montgomery, Missouri souvenir spoon is a unique piece of antique history. Introduced around 1903, this souvenir spoon features an intricate art nouveau deeply carved wheat sheaf on the handle. 'Montgomery MO' is engraved in script inside the bowl. This pattern was popular as a souvenir spoon blank for Midwest locations. It is stamped on the back with the Watson Mechanics flag hallmark and 'STERLING'. It weighs 23.7 grams. Box 76.
