The product is a non working mid-century large Kienzle Global desk clock from around 1960. Im not sure what is wrong with the clock. It was crafted by Gerhardi & Co – the famous German Jugendstil pewter objects manufacturer. In the year 1800 Richard Gerhardi started the firm GERHARDI & CO in Lüdenscheid. From 1888 Carl Steinweg made the firm very productive.
