Estate sale find. I do not know much about this piece. I could only find two like it. I used the information I found to describe it. Rounded sea creaures and waves ! This piece is just over 2' long and about 1' tall in the center. It weighs 11 1/2 pounds on my scale. It has the old white paint. I do not see any cracks or breaks.
